Insurance & Billing Information

At the Facial Feminization Center of Beverly Hills, we understand that financing your journey is just as important as the care you receive. We're here to make the insurance process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Using Out-of-Network Insurance

While we don’t contract directly with insurance companies, we work with many patients who use out-of-network benefits to receive partial or full reimbursement.

How it works:

Pre-Authorization
We’ll submit procedure codes to your insurance provider for approval in advance.
Upfront Payment
Once approved, you’ll pay the full balance before your surgery date.
We Handle the Billing
After surgery, we’ll bill your insurance on your behalf. Any reimbursement will be sent directly to you.

Letters of Agreement

If you have insurance, you may qualify for full coverage through a Letter of Agreement.

We work directly with your insurance provider.
If approved, insurance will cover surgical fees, anesthesia, and operating room charges.
